Audit rules are used to monitor expenses recorded by users in SAP Concur and are triggered by particular events and conditions.

Some examples are:

• National daily meal limit $1000 MXN.

• Mexico group users can only use the Laundry expense.

• International cab limit $100 USD

Normally audit rules may require changes on a day-to-day basis so it is advisable to understand how they are structured.
